During Business Hours: call us for assistance at 860–646–5170. If our call volume directs your call to our voice mail system you will have the option to ring through to our emergency line. We recommend calling our clinic prior to arriving so we can determine the best strategy for aiding you and your pet.
After Business Hours: We recommend that you reach out to one of the nearby 24-hour facilities listed below. Our staffing does not allow us to be available to see patients on an emergency basis. In addition, Manchester Veterinary Clinic is not a 24-hour care facility, and animals that are sick enough to be seen after hours often need intensive care and / or monitoring which is best supplied by one of the several 24-hour facilities in our area.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to exorbitant emergency volume please call the emergency clinic first. They may need to refer you to a different facility.
