What is “Product Pickup @ The Door”?


  1. Request your pet’s prescription, food and other product as usual.
  2. Once your request is ready, we will send you a secure link by text (or email if you request) to pay by credit/debit card. If you are paying by cash the transaction will be completed when you receive your product.
  3. When you arrive, please PARK in a designated parking spot in our parking lot. (Please avoid stopping in our driveway.)
  4. CALL 860-646-5170 to alert our team that you have arrived.
  5. You will be directed to WALK up to meet us in the covered area along the side of the building. (If you need we can come out to the parking lot to deliver to the car, again avoid stopping in our driveway).
  6. If payment has not already been collected, we can take cash or card at our door. (A properly worn face covering will keep this transaction as safe as possible.)
  7. Your invoice will be emailed to you after your payment has posted.
