Throughout my life, I have always worked with animals, whether it’s through recreation, work or volunteering. As a child, I took horseback riding lessons for many years and during college, I did an Animal Care Internship at the Lutz Children’s Museum here in Manchester. I graduated from UConn with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, and continued working with animals by volunteering at Protectors of Animals in East Hartford, and by working at the Pet Hotel in PetSmart.
I started working at Manchester Veterinary Clinic in November of 2011 and have happily been here ever since!

When I’m not at MVC, I enjoy spending time with close friends and family, fishing in the summer and travelling with my husband as much as we can and to as many new places as we can. Some of the places we intend to frequent are Peru (where my husband Andy’s family is from) and Ireland (because of my Irish heritage). Andy and I share our home with a feisty cat named Kozmo and an adorable and energetic pup named Rhea.

In June 2019, we also welcomed our first baby into the family! I love being a first-time mom to our little girl Ailish. It’s truly amazing getting to experience all the joy that comes along with parenthood.
