What is a “Valet Product Pickup”?
- Request your pet’s prescription, food and other product as normal.
- Once your request is ready, we will send you a secure link by text (or email if you request) to pay by credit/debit card. If you are paying by cash, a team member will take the payment at your car.
- When you arrive at our parking lot please pull near the exit door to your right, and call 860-646-5170 to alert our team that you have arrived.
- If payment has not already been collected, we will take it over the phone or by cash at that time.
- There is no need to get out of your car. Your product will be delivered to you passenger side window by our team.
- Invoiced will be emailed to you after your payment has posted.
- Please turn around to leave our parking lot AFTER you have collected your product(s) have been delivered to you.
